Donations

We appreciate every donation and work hard to ensure every dollar is put to work supporting our goals. When we receive your donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to meet our Organization's needs. Because South Park Youth Football puts all donations to work quickly, we do not offer refunds on any donations or any donations made in receipt of gift items.

If South Park Youth Football offers a gift with a donation and there is a choice of gifts, please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Purchased Goods

South Park Youth Football may offer, from time-to-time, goods for purchase where a percent of the goods purchased will go help support the Organization's efforts. In such cases, goods that are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you, or don’t do what they are supposed to do, you will be able to choose between a refund, exchange or credit. These goods will be clearly marked as such and will be considered purchased goods and will not be considered a donation or eligible for tax deduction.

Purchased Event Tickets

South Park Youth Football may offer, from time to time, tickets for fundraising events or raffles where a percentage of the event or raffle donation will go help support the Organization’s efforts. In such cases, when we receive your event or raffle donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to meet our Organization's needs. Because South Park Youth Football puts all donations to work quickly, we do not offer refunds on any donations or any donations made for events or raffles. The ticket may be transferred to another designated attendee or recipient. Please notify the South Park Youth Football of this transfer at [email protected].

Please Note: Refunds, exchanges or credit note will not be offered on items that have been damaged or worn.
