We would like to form committees for each of the following agenda items so that we have a rewarding and successful season for all.
*** Please Note: We have a number of ongoing special projects that we work on throughout the entire year. We currently are in negotiations with Allegheny County and South Park Township officials with getting a home field of our own. We will be sending various email requests asking for help with projects through out the year. Contact People

Uniform Pass out scheduled for July 21st: Help with uniform pass out and collection at the end of season for football and cheerleading uniforms. Will help organize and take inventory of current items we have in storage and help with the ordering for our future needs. We need about 8 -10 people for the pass out on July 21st from 2pm - 9pm and again at the end of the season for collection day of equipment and uniforms. | Larry Pazin - Bob May - Football and Cheryl Destefon - Cheerleading

Two Fundraisers will be underway each year: We need help for the future fundraising projects. First fundraiser completed- (Month long May Lottery) Ideas about 2nd fundraiser are being discussed. | Jen Lanetz and Tracey Somma

Concession Stand Committee Head: Set-up, and clean up - Purchasing at (Sam's club and set up for Season. Order from coca cola rep, etc. This year we are looking for donations for food and/or products for concession stand for the four home games. Volunteering for the concession stand is a requirement for all. Each family who has a child in the football program is required to work one time slot per sign up sheet per player in your family. Please sign up to volunteer. (sign up sheets are available this evening) If the sign-up option is not utilized prior to the season starting we will then be assigning a time slot for each family during one of our four home games.
Important Note: We are looking for help cleaning, painting and making repairs to our concession bldg!! Attention carpenters, painters, craftsmen, etc. If you can help us out we would be delighted. We need folks that want to do light work at the concession stand and make it look presentable... i.e. cleaning, painting, some light wood repairs for shelving, etc. If we build it they will come. Field Clean up and Set-up Need help with lining the field for each home game. This is usually done on Thursday or Friday night prior to home games. Help with setting up sound system and getting ready for our home games. Picture Day: Help coordinate and organize Picture Day (Picture Day already scheduled early this year for August. It will take place at the community bldg this year. We need a few parents to help with organizing what team is ready for pictures and with keeping the teams, kids and coaches in line to get their pictures taken, etc. | Jen LanetzCheryl Destefon

Banquet Committee: Help coordinate the end of a year banquet | Jen Lanetz with BOD

Eagle Spirit wear: Sell, organize and operate Eagle Apparel Spirit wear for sale during the season. We have vendors in place. We need help for sales, working tables on home games, organizing and taking inventory of products, etc. The apparel table will also operate the sales of the 50/50 raffle during the home games. | Cheryl Destefon - Cheerleading

Coaches are to coach the boys and girls... We are looking for Team Representatives or Team Mom/Dad for each age group. The team representative will be the person who will be the "go to" person on the sidelines this year for your child's age group. They will be helping us with communication to the parents on that team and help the parents communicate their suggestions and comments back to the coaches and to the BOD. One person per age group per team is needed. The coaches and the BOD will be working closely with the representative of the team(s).
